Shipping policy

At wanova, we handle every artwork and craft piece with the utmost care and respect.
All orders are shipped in accordance with the following Shipping Policy to ensure safe and reliable delivery.


1. Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure the highest delivery standards.

Domestic Shipping (Japan)
   -Yamato Transport
   -Sagawa Express
   -Japan Post

International Shipping
International orders are arranged through Pegasus Global and may be delivered via:
   -Japan Post (EMS, etc.)
   -DHL
   -FedEx

Shipping methods are selected by wanova based on destination, artwork characteristics, and customs requirements.
Carrier selection by customers is not available.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated individually based on destination, size, weight, and packaging requirements.
   -Domestic shipping: Displayed at checkout
   -International shipping: Displayed at checkout
All customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are included in the product price.


4. Processing Time
Orders are generally dispatched within five (5) business days after confirmation.
Additional time may be required in the following cases:
   -Made-to-order or pre-order items
   -Customs documentation preparation
   -Peak seasons and holidays
   -Natural disasters or social disruptions


5. Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic (Japan)
   - Within 2~3 Buisiness Days

International
   -Asia: 3–7 business days
   -North America, Europe, Oceania: 5–10 business days
   -Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and local conditions.


6. Delivery Scheduling
We regret that specific delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed.


7. Packaging
All items are professionally packed according to their artistic and material characteristics.
Fragile and valuable artworks are carefully secured using specialized materials and protective cushioning.
Eco-friendly and recycled packaging materials may be used when appropriate.


8. Customs and Import Regulations
International shipments are subject to local laws and import regulations.
If customs clearance is denied, wanova cannot be held responsible.
All duties, taxes, and clearance fees are covered by wanova and included in the product price.


9. Failed Delivery and Returns
If a shipment is returned due to absence, refusal, or incorrect address, reshipping fees will be borne by the customer.
International return costs may be substantial.


10. Shipping Issues
In case of damage, loss, or delay, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.
We will coordinate with our logistics partnersto resolve the matter promptly.
Compensation policies are subject to each carrier’s terms.
